nVidia Shield compatibility

I was just wondering if someone can help me determine wether I can use my pc to stream games to a Nvidia Shield Portable. 

My specs are;

Geforce GTX 750 ti 

AMD Phemon ii X2 550 dual core 3.1Ghz (I have mine unclocked to quad core)

8gb ddr3 memory clocked at 1333mhz

M4A89GTD Pro motherboard 

60gb ssd

500gb laptop Hard Drive 

600w Cooler Master PSU

 

Are my specs compatible with the Nvidia Shield?

Use GeForce Experience to tell you. I think your CPU Might not be up to par, my knowledge of AMD CPU's is lacking.

It says that I need an Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHz or higher.Nothing about the Phenom series.
