my Problem : I've yesterday bought a new pc and it was awesome everything worked fine and i had so much fun with it until now I've installed some programms WITHOUT ! a internet security but i know this website and i can trust them, i also installed msi afterburner then my pc said to me : its not possible to install programm mis afterburner because of .... or something like that in the background a programm called rival tuner or something like that was loading it came with msi afterburner so i also trusted it ( by the way i downloaded msi afterburner from the official website ) my pc also couldn't install riva tuner so i decided to delete booth of them and it worked fine but than my pc said you have to reboot the system to uninstall msi afterburner and riva tuner so i did that my system wasn't rebooting my pc said wait a moment system rebooting i think you all know the screen in windows 8.1 when you're pc is rebooting ... i waited and waited nothing happened just this little circle that was spinning all the time on my monitor -.- ... than it was enough after 10 minutes of waiting ( i have a samsung 850 pro its freaking overkill my pc should reboot in10 second but no i took me 10 minutes and nothing happened ) now i decided to shut down the pc on my on/off switch i held it  for 3 sec and it shut down now i wanted to turn it on nothing happened ... fans were spinning everything was like normal the little numbers on my motherboard were fluctuating between 0 - 60 or something like that an than the pc shut down after 10 seconds and got back instantly also with spinning fans and a fluctuating red number on my motherboard but then i had this republic of gamers press f2 to get in uefi bios screen i did nothing and waited after that, the red number was staying at AE nothing happened at all my screen just showed a little _ in the upper left corner that was blinking.

Try re-installing Windows and see if it fixes everything. Shouldn't be too much trouble since your current install isn't very old :P

Your bios couldn't find any OS according to 'AE' (Legacy Boot Event).

So your BIOS is trying to find a bootable OS but can't find one.

Your User manual: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1150/MAXIMUS-VII-HERO/e9799_maximus_vii_hero_cover_v2_for_web_only.zip

Check the error codes on page 33-38

I think you bricked your windows while it was updating files.

If you have another computer / laptop you can use an 8GB flash drive to install/repair windows.

Windows 8 / 8.1 (also 7) USB install: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

Install Windows 8.1 guide (with pictures): http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8/ss/install-windows-8-usb-tutorial.htm

Windows 8/8.1 repair guide: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

Hope that helps.

With what are you posting?

Okay, do you have ANY other computer near you? Or a friend living near you?

If not, when they sent you your computer did they give you a reset manual, Installation disks, Installation thumb drive, anything?

If you can't do anything bc you don't have access to a computer you should get an external DVD drive. (When you have the installation DVD).

So they didn't sent you any installation disks? Wow, nice.

Okay, lemme read into that manual.

Have you tried selecting your boot device manually? -> Tap F8 during the booting and select your Samsung drive.

If F8 doesn't work:

Switch your computer completely off. Start it again. You can get into bios when you're tapping F2. And do that, tap F2 until you're there. Check if the right hard disk is selected in the Boot menu.

-> BIOS -> BOOT MENU -> BOOT OPTION PRIORITIES

It should say 'Samsung 840' whatever.

Oh and when you see the boot device list check for any point that says 'RECOVERY'! If there is such an entry, hit that!

Other than that working I only have an idea if you have an android device that's rootet (with a lot of free storage):
