Fan speeds aren't really relevant across different fans. 

What are you using the fan for?

Fan speed will depend on your own preferences. Higher speed means more cooling but also more noise. Lower speed will mean lower noise and less air. The things you would need to look instead are CFM and sound levels. Those tell more about fans performance than pure rpm.
