help! cpu_opt not working! -.-

so after a long shutdown the cpu_opt header just stop working.. so i plug my cpu pump to another fan header and plug in the stock cpu fan to cpu_opt to know if it will work again.. then after 30 mins or so it starts spinning again.. then after hard shut down it stops again..
