Gaming setup help!

Do you think that this is a good enough build?
This will be my first build so keep that in mind.
(Not going to water cool as it is more expensive in NZ)
Will be doing slight overclocking and little video editing

I want this build to max out every game out there at this current time @ 60 FPS+
Will take any recommendations!

Yep is just fine but if was me i would get a better cpu cooler maybe the kraken x61 is an AIO so no need for heavy maintenance
