Second screen not working

Whats Gucci to the best PC community in the world!!

So I have a Playstation Tv and I use it as my screen because it is 3d. I have a r9 290x and it is connected via HDMI. I also have a PS4 connected to the screen also with the second hdmi. I have a LG screen but it is only vga. I tried to connect it to my motherboard using vga but it don't detect the signal. i can't see it in the display manager. can anyone tell me how to run it via vga please. because i use skype and sometime i need to see my desktop without leaving my PS4.
