Personally I would get a normal generic keyboard..there really isn't a big difference between normal keyboards and gaming keyboards.  Gaming keyboards have glowing lights and extra keys pretty much.  Also I use a gamepad to play most of my games anywho...but if you are required to play using keyboards I do and you just really need a generic keyboard nothing fancy.

Better cooler, better motherboard, dual channel ram, much more powerful video card, nicer case, better power supply, little bit worse keyboard, significantly better cooling for the same price.

Use the thermal included already with the heatsink, it is plenty good for this build.

Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($67.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($33.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($33.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card  ($203.98 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer  ($13.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)  ($89.98 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Rosewill Hyperborea 57.5 CFM 120mm  Fan  ($5.99 @ Amazon)
Case Fan: Rosewill Hyperborea 57.5 CFM 120mm  Fan  ($5.99 @ Amazon)
Keyboard: Logitech G105 Wired Gaming Keyboard  ($42.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $705.82

If you can afford another $25-$30 and wait for a sale you should be able to get an R9 290 for around $225

This computer will run all of those games on at least high. BF4 is probably going to be the hardest to make run well because of the dual core processor. But $700 is a hard budget to make work if you want to run at high graphics. To really get the full effect of PC Gaming $1200 is a pretty good sweet spot.
