I wouldn't say it's "good". You would have a lot of trouble playing heavier games and such on ultra. But if you're on a strict budget, then I guess that is fine untrill you get a proper job.

You should pick a i5 CPU, games like COD: AW won't even run without a quad core, getting a duo-core at this point is just silly.

I'd buy something like this  and save for a keyboard. Spending that much on a keyboard with a low end gaming rig is pretty wasteful IMO
