Any suggestions?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if my build can be improved. I will be using it mainly for gaming, but may run some simple simulation programs in the future. I would like to keep it at roughly the same price that It's at right now and am not against downgrading some of my components for an overall better build. I would also like to have some decent future-proofing, I want to use this build in the long haul. I'm not too into AAA games though, so it doesn't have to run BF4 or Crysis 3 or whatever, just mainly stuff like SMITE or LoL or some new MMORPG's coming out.
