Outlook crashes

Ok, so my mom has the 2010 installation of Microsoft Outlook.  Whenever you try to open it, it will open up, work, then after a few seconds, it will crash with no explanation, just a Microsoft error message of the generic "Outlook has stopped working" please help

you use outlook?, O.o

Ummm, any more info we could get here? System specs? Is it a bootleg install? What OS?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

stop using an email client and your problems are solved.
