error code 66A help

I tried to repair .net framework but I got this error

I was wondering if I deleted .net framework if the updater would just install the latest version. because I want to finish the 3 updates I have left but I need to fix this first.

 

Sorry its hard to read it looked fine in the preview. I used the magnifier and I could read it.

Did you check the log file?

 

Try remove .net with the cleanup utility and then reinstall it. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2012/08/04/10336934.aspx
