Newest build, looking for input!

Hi everyone! Just stumbled upon Linus tech tips on youtube a little while ago, and found the forums today! Anywho, I love building computers, and playing games on my current setup:

HAF X

i7 920

EVGA x58 sli

12gigs of Corsair DDR3 1333

MSI GTX 560 Ti 2gb

Antec 750w PSU

It's lasted me about 3 years now, but i've started to notice my framerate drop off in games now. My brother plays LoL, not really graphic or cpu intensive, so I'm going to give my current setup to him.

New build:

Going with a Black / Gold themed interior.

Corsair 900D case

i7 3930

ASRock x79 Extreme 11

EVGA GTX 670

Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR3 2400

AX1200 (Already bought)

Kingston HyperX SSD (Already Bought)

H100i (Currently using in my pc)

Looking for any input on fans I should be using, trying to keep the black and gold theme throughout my case.

I had my eyes on the Corsair AF140, and just painting the white rings it comes with gold. I'm up for any input on good case fans, as well as push pull fans for the H100i.

Thanks for looking!

Johnny

That's a good idea about the fan rings. If your into painting you could get some Noctua NF-F12's and paint them. You'll have the best of both worlds then. Great fans and fans that aren't ugly.

AMD Phenom II 955BE 4GHz@1.4v

Corsair H100 w/ Silverstone AP122

Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 NB@2600MHz

G.Skill 2x4GB 7-7-7-21

XFX HD5870 Crossfire

128GB OCZ Vertex 4

2TB WD Green Raid 0

Corsair AX850

Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced

I thought so, although I don't want to paint the actual fans. It might damage them. I've heard great things about the AF fans, and the fact that the rings come out is a bonus :)

Instead of a new build you could just buy a new graphics card' date=' that CPU is still more than enough for any game out there. [/quote']

Nah, I've had the same build for 3 years now, transferred from different cases. Only thing I upgraded was a GTX 280 to my 560 Ti. My brother is desperately in need of a PC, so I thought I could get a new one, while help him out at the same time. He plays on a 8 year old Dell Optiplex 745 haha.
