new Build need help

1. Budget & location
$1200(not including monitor or Peripherals) & Australia

2. Aim

 This system is going to be used for Web browsing ( have about 20-50 tabs open all the time) , all/ most of adobe programs (Photoshop, after affects ect). Games being played will be star citizen Far Cry 3 (and 4 when it comes out), league of legends, csgo, titan fall ect. I also want my pc to be really upgradable I want to be able to add a water cooling loop more gpus etc.

3. monitors

I plan on running one monitor at the start but might move to 2. What every resolution

4.Peripherals

I do need them everything, monitor, mouse, OS, keyboard etc. (I want good looking maybe matching ones. but I don’t want them to be included in the $1200 tho)

5. Why are you upgrading?

I am upgrading because my old laptop I used 4 everything died and I can afford a new computer now but i want it to be upgradable
