Assassin's creen & GTA

Can someone tell me in Assassin's creed & GTA in which order I have to play the games in terms of story, not their releases. I want to start playing the Assassin's creed games but don't know which ones to play in the terms of story, and the same with GTA, because I get confused with alot of titles being named other things than Gta 3 etc..

maybe AC1? or AC2? I haven't played them, so that's just a guess.

Every story to each game is different. Just choose the latest game and work your way backwards.

GTA doesn't matter AC goes 1, 2, brotherhood, revelations, 4, 3 then unity at least that's where I think unity fits in might be between 4 and 3

TBH you could play GTA V without playing any other GTA and it will make sense. It really doesn't have much relation to previous GTA's(don't want to spoil anything). I would probably go: 3, SA, IV, V and Vice City in between 3 and SA if you have time, but like I said it really doesn't matter.

Fix your title original poster.  Seriously please fix it.  I see so many posts lately where the title doesn't even grab you because it is a complete mess in terms of spelling.

As for what game you should play next I say play a Grand Theft Auto game just to say no to Ubisoft right now.

Yeah, there are a few characters from previous games that appear in SA. I think Ken Rosenberg (the lawyer from VC) plays some part in SA. And I know that Johnny Klebitz from Lost and Damned is in GTA V for one or two missions. But it's not a big deal, the order in which you play them doesn't matter.
