I'm looking to build a new "gaming" pc. This is the build I currently have planned:

Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001

MSI Radeon R9 290 Gaming 4GB

Intel Core i5 4690

ASRock H97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX Motherboard

Corsair CX-500 V3 Power Supply

Corsair Carbide Air 240 Black Mini Cube Case

Kingston Hyper X Fury HX316C10FRK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Red

Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB SSD

Basically, will this machine be able to run new games at a decent fps? Do I need any form of cooling/aftermarket fans, if so which should I choose (preferably cheap-ish)? Is there anything wrong, such as bottle necking, lack of compatibility etc? Are there any improvements/replacements that you suggest?

I live in Sydney, Australia and I have a budget of roughly $1350.

Thank you in advance!

Maybe purchase a i5 4690K instead just for possibility of overclovking in the future and i would get a GTX 970 instead because it quite alot better price/performance :)
