They both have lanes to run two GPU's and network/sound that is fine. 

 

Other than that? You are comparing looks. You will see no performance difference between them and they will OC the same. Asus probably has a better one touch overclocking suite, but I wouldn't touch that without water cooling anyways. Manual OC is always better.

 

From a performance point of view? Buy the MSI and spend more money on GPU. From an aesthetic point of view? I can't judge that. I can tell you that the expensive network cards on boards are all hype. If you want better ping? Get better internet.
