Need help with build

So I'm going to buy a new pc soon,

I've done a lot of research myself but I need some help with final changes.

 

My build:

CPU: Intel core i5 4690K

Motherboard: MSI Z97 gaming 5

RAM: Corsair vengeance pro series 8 GB

CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken X61

GPU: MSI GTX 970

HDD: WD Black 1TB

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

PSU: Corsair RM550

SoundCard: ASUS Xonar DGX

Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D

 

monitor is 1920 x 1080

Planning to play games like Assassins creed unity and League of Legends

 

I'm on a budget so any price cuts are helpful

I'm living in The Netherlands and the build costs €1280 (Around $1600)

 

Is this build good or to overkill?

Comic sans is best font

-me to my graphic design teacher 6 seconds before i got kicked out of the class
