Oculus Rift Benchmark?

So I have in my opinion a suitable pc; however, I would like to know I there is a benchmark that can synthetically generate the same stress that an Oculus or similar HMD would impose upon my system?

I imagine there would be some extra stress on the cpu due to the gyro sensor.

I'm sure that a large portion of the processing for that is done in the box that the oculus connects to, which then connects to your PC.

I remember hearing of/seeing a box that you connect the oculus into, which then connects to your pc, though that was back with version 1 of it, they may have removed it by now.

Well fx-8350 at 4.7 GHz and 2 7770's in Xfire. Yes I know low end but it runs ok.

Both Cards Have 2GB VRam.

Also total system RAM IS 16GB of G skill 1866 MHz Two dual channel kits

So does this box do most of the processing ad is it on any of the other dev kits/ will be in the consumer version?
