Steelseries Apex failed update

This summer I bought the apex and it was working just fine until I tried to upgrade from sse2 to SteelSeries Engine 3. When I first opened the program my keyboard was recognized and it said that it needed a update, so I pressed the update button, driver started installing but when the firmware begun my keyboard lighting turned off and my keyboard wasn't recognized anymore. It pops up in windows but I can't type or do anything with it :( anyone got a solution ???
