Keyboard keys not responding

Hi linus forums, I am in need your help. I have bought a keyboard. It is the qpad mk-85 gaming keyboard with mx cherry red switches. Everything is good on the keyboard and there is no sign of damage to it, so i dont know how this happend. so here's the thing, all my keys are working correctly excpet this one letter "å" (scandinavian keyboard layout) it only works when you punch the key really hard and it starts to get really anoying because this letter is very frequently used. 

 

Have any of you encountered the same problem? You know a soulution to the problem?

it cost aproximatly 1300 nok wich is about 190$ so i dont want to buy a whole new one since it is only 1 year old wich is not long for a mechanical keyboard.
