Hi,

Ive posted a lot recently I know, I just dont know what to get as there is so much out their. Started off with thinking about getting a HD 7950 and would still be able to afford liquid cooling of my fx8120. Or I could get a HD 7970 but either XFX or Saphire vappor x OC. This would mean no cooling. But I had missed that on the other hand there is nvidia and could get a Geforce GTX 770 by msi gaming edition OC and still have £50 left over in which I could buy a starter water cooling system or good air cooling.

I need someone to tell me whats the best and what they would do, P.S

I will be playing games like battlefield and ARMA hopefully in ultra in 1080p

Thanks...

go for a 7950 and the noctua d12 as a cooler as it beats a majority of the cheaper sub $90 water coolers.

Case: Fractal Design R4 (x2 Noctua 140mm Fans, x2 Fractal Design Fans)            Processor: Intel Core i7 3770k @4.2GHz (Hyper 212 Evo)             Audioengine A5+ Black Speakers

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45 ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3                                           Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 1080 SC                                               Corsair K65 RGB Cherry MX Red

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 4X4GB DDR3-1600                                                     Power Supply: OCZ Z-Series Semi Modular Gold 850W                 ASUS & LG 21.5 Monitor (Dual monitor arm)

Thanks for answers what are peolpes opinions on the 770 thanks

Amd is kicking butt around the $100-300 mark for gaming. Go 770 if you want higher performance, have more money and want cuda for editing/rendering.

For most gaming situations, the 7770, 7850, 7870, and 7950 are kings. (Maybe 7790 depending on the situation--location, price, etc.)
