Is there a difference between Windows 8.1 integrated OneDrive & the Office Upload Center that sends documents to OneDrive?

 

I feel as if I shouldn't have both on unless they are two different aspects to them.

Office has OneDrive integrated. The reason why it has it's own upload system, is for SharePoint actually, and support other web servers.

If you check the upload center options you can make it hide by unchecking all the boxes.
