Geforce Experience not working

For a while now, Geforce Experience hasn't been working. When I try to open it up it pops up a message saying 'Geforce Experience has encountered an error and must close' I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling and doing a fresh install, reinstalling selecting the 'Clean Installation' option, and it has bad the same behavior every time. I have a gtx760, i7-4770, 16gb ram, 600w thermaltake psu, all running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. What is specially weird, is that I run 2 OS on my computer, one with my games and recreational software, and one with my school stuff. And the one with my school stuff works perfectly . I have kept at least the drivers up to date installing them manually, but i'd really like to use shadowplay. I hope someone knows what i could do.

have you tried downloading a slightly older version ? 1.8 had shadowplay support if I'm not mistaken. try going back to 2.0.?.?

not entirely sure but iill help you look, pirate bay is a no go nor is the NVidia main site

google that^^^^^^^ and look at the 3rd result, ltt wont let me copy and paste at all

even if you set a manual profile with (whatever the lowest is)% fan speed up till even 50 temp it win still stay at 32%ish fan speeds
