You don't need airflow, just use the fans that come with your case and plug them in.

In the front, and out the top and back is the usual way, generally makes for better airflow as it's being directed at the CPU and GPU.

In the pic you have so called reversed airflow. And one fan too many for it. But usually its done by having 2 intakes in front and H100i as top exhaust. With that, you can leave rear fan off completely.
