Help, fast system suddenly really slow after rendering

Go to solution Solved by Stefano_91,

Nothing worked, I ended up formatting the computer and that seemed to work... thank you guys any way

To start, my computer has the following specifications:

Intel i7 - 4790k without overclook

Corsair liquid cooling H105i

GPU Gigabyte GTX 770 4gb

RAM Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz Performance

Power Supply Corsair CX750 M

Motherboard Asus Maximus VII Hero

I used to play Arma III in Ultra video settings with 55/60 FPS, a few days I made some renders and the computer had not enough memory and crashed twice before I could finish the render. But since then the computer seems slower and I can't get over 10 FPS on low video settings.

I tested the CPU with Prime95, MemTest to stress RAM, and GPU with kombuster, but apparently it's everything okay. Even tried changing the RAM memory slot but still the same, defragment HD's, ran anti-virus but nothing yet. Can someone help me?
