Switech H320- workes perfect but sound changed

I have bounght  swiftech h320 about  3  month ago it is  working and temp is ok till now but now there sound coming from the pump .and my asus probe 2 report 0 rpm at the time pump go silent .please help me .thanks in advance .

I have found lot of air bubble issues with this aio any help .thanks anyway

strange could you not drain it an refil it see if that helps!
