undetected mice

Hey, my mice dont seems to be detected by steelseries engine, i have the steelseries sensei


anybody here that knows how to make steelseries engine able to detect it?


the mouse works but i can not open steelseries engine configure sensitivity etc it`s just telling me: "Please connect a Steelseries Engine- compatible device to start"
