7 Premium 64 bits or 8.1?

Hello guys!, i recently got most of the parts of my new rig, wich will be completed near the 20th of this month, and my question to you is this:

 

In my country the licence for the 7 is pretty much nowhere to be seen lately,its like it completely dissapeared, but the 8.1 its easy to get. Is it a good switch?Is it worthy?, im hesitant on getting 8.1 really, from what i saw in my brothers pc, i dont quite get it, any help?:)

You'll get better performance from 8.1, and you can make it pretty much like 7. So, yeah it's fine.

Windows 8.1 is good, gives good performance! Go for it!

People say there are some programs that won't support if you use Windows 8.1, ignore them. It'll work. Because it's been 2 years since the release.
