Weird ETS2 problem

So for some reason, since I used my controller with the game, my steering wheel is having all kinds of issues with the game. It's almost like it doesn't really realize what's going on until a certain point, and then it goes to 100%. I put in a video trying to show what I mean.

Would install the Logitech software for the wheel. Then uninstall it, that usually fixes my issues.

I've done that. Twice.

Reinstall drivers? For some weird reason, my wheel doesn't cooperate with ETS 2 well...

Mine never has cooperated well, but it seems my regular controller really fucked shit up.
