Windows 7 boot error

The error has comed back.When I wanted to boot my laptop I got the blue screen with a error number c000021a.I wanted to boot from a windows 7 disk but I get the same error and when I try to boot in safe mode I also get the blue screen.Things I have tried:

-format the HDD from a different pc

-creating a new bootable windows 7 USB

-clearing the CMOS

-reastoring the bios deafoult settings

-debugging mode

-last known good configuration

 

I dont know what to do any more,I m all out of ideas I m ready to throw this fucking laptop on the ground.PLEASE HELP ME
