100% CPU Usage Temp

Go to solution Solved by thatguyjerry,

45 is great. Ideally, staying under 60 is where you want to be, but as long as you're under 80 you'll be fine.

So I'm running some stress tests as I just did a huge overhaul on my system and had to take the processor out for part of it. Running stress test, 100% CPU usage during test and CPU temp is around 45C. Is this a good temperature? Thanks for the input. Using a Noctua NH-U14s now, pretty nice, idle CPU temps are 30C. Just testing out load.

Great temp, thats about what I got with a corsair h110 on a 4670k@1.15V So that being air, it's damn good. I wish I bought a noctua in the first place.

I just switched from using water cooling for the past 3+ years or so. I just didn't want to deal with the maintenance anymore, so far I'm enjoying the Noctua and it's performing well! Btw, the colors are are not that bad at all in person :)
