Its fairly bad you are overpaying for near enough everything there the RAM and the GPU particularly

Cheaper 7770 with a better cooler, cheaper and thus better RAM (the 2133MHz will at best give you 1% 1333 is fine), Better CPU, better PSU

GPU might be cheaper, but if anything bought from Overclockers goes wrong you will have a hard time getting a replacement or refund. Try looking for a 7770 at Novatech or Scan. Plus Overclockers postage is insane like £10 which will get you the same graphics at Novatech for pretty much the same price.

If its a workstation build you could get a cheaper GPU but only if its not for gaming.
