MoCa enabled Modem?

MoCA is meant for use on the LAN side for inside wiring not for WAN access. Neither of those 2 links are for MoCA devices.

 

What I think you mean to say is that you need a DOCSIS 3 cablemodem. Find any cheap DOCSIS 3.0 modem via eBAY, Newegg, Craigslist, etc. Then check if it's compatible here: http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/
