Power adapter for racing wheel

Hi! I want to play racing simulation with my old wheel. I just opened the box and there is not working power adapter.. on wheel its written Power rating: 230 VAC 50Hz, 17 VA but adapter which came with wheel has written on it Input: 230V, 50Hz, 0.2A / Output 15VAC, 1A. Which adaptor do I need to buy? I am confused..
