BF3 input lag

So The game was working fine and now when I play the mouse stops for 1 sec while playing ( happens ever 20~30 sec ) I do remember having this issue on the laptop ( win 7 ) and the solution was to set Cpu priority to normal but now on win 8.1 I have no idea what to do !?

Naah it happens in every server and just on my PC so I don't thing connection is the problem

It happened to me when I was using wireless card but when I switched to cable problem disappeared.

I haven't thought about that because I play without origin in game from moment I got bf3 actually origin doesn't starts at all
