TN is better for twitch gaming like counter strike where you need information on your screen as fast as possible.

The difference is very little though.

TN can handle high refresh rates and faster response times.

IPS looks prettier with better colour, but slower response time and lower refresh rates.

Actually, I have heard from most people that the higher refresh rate is a huge difference. Most people say they would not go back to a 60Hz monitor. I also read that the color is worse based on the angle. I am using 1 monitor only and that is at the standard angle which I heard doesn't get many complaints.

$1,950 wasn't too easy to reach with the build I had in mind. So, this build has high-performance quad-channel memory, one of the best gaming motherboards in existence, with a matching green and black color scheme, a fourth-gen unlocked i7 processor cooled by a liquid cooler that beats the H100i, a GTX 780 Ti from Asus with an excellent cooler design, relatively good storage with 250gb of ssd space and a 2tb hard drive, alongside a fully-modular 80+ Platinum PSU, Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit and, last but not least, a mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX Black switches.

Enjoy!

Computer: 4790k, 16 GB Ram, Strix 980, Z97 Gaming 7, Dark Rock Pro 3, EVGA 750 G2, 850 EVO

Phone: iPhone 6 Plus

Tablet: iPad Air 2

I was originally going to make a build very similar to that but I am not willing to spend more than 2k on a computer. I am 16 years old... I don't have a real job yet xD

He should get a 4790k not a 4770k, the 4790k is just a better 4770k and the 4790k is probably either the same price or cheaper.
