recommend good air cpu coolers or water cpu coolers other than cooler master hyper 212 evo which can be easily fitted in cooler master haf 912 combat transparent case.

With 175mm of CPU heatsink clearance, the HAF 912 can fit pretty much any air cooler available. AiO's on the other hand are more limited, it seems 240mm rads can't be fitted in, so 120mm rads are the only option.
