Okay guys so Im quite new to LTT forum and I must say ive enjoyed my stay alot! Everyone is welcoming and nice and its a fantastic place to be a part of and I have to say thank you to alot of people helping me along the way because without this forum id probably still be debating whether or not to gp x99 or z97.

Anyway onto the good stuff, ive purchased parts and building a pc and it will be finished (hopefully) by the end of the week.

Ive purchased everything and im just waiting for them to come I have received most vital components and im just waiting for my psu and cpu cooler.

So my build is for 1440p gaming on my rog swift and im very competitive with a history of tournament's over the past few years but all for console.

Headset (not decided) astro A40 or razer kraken 7.1

If you have already got a stand-alone mic, don't bother with a headset, just get some good headphones. I've heard the audio technica ath-m50, but I'm not a huge audio guy so it might not be the BEST recommendation

hey so ive almost finished this build, everythings built and working with some modest overclocks on my graphics cards and cpu,

the build process took me about 5 hours because i was building my brothers with him along side my own, i installed windows and drivers and everything seemed fine then i went to bed came down in the morning and it would say 'overclock failed' which at this time alll i had touched in the bios was my xmp profile and set up my raid 0 on my ssds, i hadnt even set up my hardrive, the only way i could boot up was through the bios while this was happening and it would also take me multiple times resetting the pc over and over because my monitor wouldnt get a signal. anyway i just reset the bios lost my raid 0 and had to re install everything which was annoying because i left steam downloading everything overnight while stressing my graphics card.

anyway ill update another post later on when i get my hands on my spare phone but in the meantime i have some of the pictures i took of the parts and of the finished build (ps all photos were taken on a hhtc one m8 sorry if there not good enough quality)

I will be benchmarking everything and uploading the scores to here ill do both 1080p and 1440p
