Youtube not working on AmazonFireTV & Trying to get US Netflix on it

So basically I purchased an Amazon fire TV for youtube and netflix... and one of them is not working. Basically ever since I got it it just won't play youtube videos and I'll link a video to show you what's happening. Also I am really trying to get US netflix on it but I can't :(. I've tried both of these tutorials

doing it will either have no effect or just stop the internet from working all together.

Any sugestion for either of these two problems

I have never had this problem with any other device and my network speed is good about 15mbps

Where do you life? BTW The German Fire TV Netflix App isn't working too.

Uk and it's not the Netflix app that is not working it's the YouTube app
