PSU PG high!

I just fried one of my 290 for no reason. Then I test my AX860 on a PSU tester. It shows everything normal, BUT PG HH (500-800ms I think). Does anyone know whats going on?

Any records of temps? Any other PSU's to use?

Maybe there's absolutely no airflow in your case..? I dunno. I say send the R9 back to the manufacturer and get a refund. Most companies are pretty chill if you tell them "I dunno what broke but YOUR product isn't working and EVERYTHING ELSE in my PC is."
