Android App for Monitoring PC Temps

I don't know if this is a problem for most people, but the majority of time that I want to check the temperatures of my gpu, cpu etc is when im playing a game.

Alt-tabbing out to look at GPUz is kind of immersion-breaking, so does anyone know of an android app that take the temperatures of the sensors in my pc, and display them on my phone?

There was a lot of talk about Power-Grid when it launched. I haven't used it, but it does look good.

Just tried it, and I'm loving it.  Only works on my local network though.  Now I just need a dummy's guide on how to let my phone connect to the home network when I'm on 4G.
