Need help with HTML class

The teacher gives us pdf files that we have to recreate in HTML... its pretty easy, i can solve any questions i have with google, but this is a difficult one. can you help me with the border of the table? i don't know how to make it look like that.

Do you have a link to it? I design websites for a living and might be able to help, I just don't use tables very often.

You may need to convert the PDF to an image format of some sort, as the usual methods of attaching pictures to forum posts probably won't work for PDFs. I normally do that by opening the PDF in Photoshop then saving to whatever format I need, but there may be other PDF readers/image editors that can do it as well.
