So i wanted to do full cover blocks and full loop cooling but decided that its not worth it right now as the 290x cards are not that future proof so now im waiting for the 390x or possibly might go with 2 980ti when and iff they come out but for now this will do.

Anyway you can flip the bottom two rads around? (180 deg rotation)

 

They would look a little better with the hoses behind IMO.

 

Other than that, pretty impressive that it doesn't look cramped, good work  B)

Nice, and yeah, that's a lot of clc's.

Just a note, you should turn the bottom fans around so that it's in pull, just so you're going with the natural flow of "hot air rises" although it probably won't make that much difference. I guess this is fine as well, less hot air in the case.

if i do that cpu temps go up almost 15c as the ambient in the case rises from having 2 overclocked 290x cards in it, i did see a 3-4 degree drop in gpu temps but that seems like a bad compromise, besides i have 4 200 mm fans blowing air in and the gpu's stay at 55c under full load

When I saw CLC, I though closed liquid cooler. CLC madness indeed, what a rig and nice job making the argument for custom loops.
