So I have had this old 19 inch 900x1440 TV that I use as a secondary monitor. I used VGA for a while, but I had to switch to DVI because the VGA connection is a tad wonky because I let a friend borrow the TV while he got a new monitor, and it now creates a wicked blue tint.

Problem is, when I'm on DVI, the PC thinks the TV is 1080p and the resolutions dont fit the screen. What do I do?

TV has VGA, DVI, component.

I could be very wrong

On pc you can change rez and it will work

If you can't see anything than you could connect on your pc by using teamviewer and fix the issue, you can add me on skype "igor.nad" if you need help.

I guess I wasn't specific. I have changed the res in Windows to it's native 900p, but it pretends its upscaled to 1080p or something. I have looked into every res avalible in windows and tinkered in the AMD Catalyst software and nothing worked.
