How does AMD Gold Reward work?

First time I've bought an AMD card with the reward code and I was wondering how it actually works.

 

When you redeem your code, does it take you to a selection menu with all the games?

 

From there, would you select the games and be given a steam code for the game or is it directly linked to a steam account?

 

I have multiple steam accounts and I would like to separate the games onto different accounts.

 

How does it work?
