650 ti will output less heat but I'd suggest saving up and buying something like a 7870/660 ti

if your looking at that price point......please spend and tiny bit extra and get a "650ti boost", the performance is so much better for the little price difference. you will not regret it!!

yes, they are better cards, but that is stretching his budget a long way from a 650ti

NO NONONO. Not the zotac version, back when i was researching on that the zotac version was worse then reference in quite a few games.

I would say speaking from experience wait a little bit longer to save up some more cash and get a 7950, 7870, 7850, 660ti or 670. Because I have gone that route before buying a lower end card since I had the money right then. The end result I was unhappy with my purchase. The last card I had was a 5750 which is about the same price point when I got it as the 650 I had to spend some time tweaking settings in so I would be around 60 fps

especially when at 1080.
