They should live up to these expectations:

  • Cancel out 90% of the noise from outside
  • Have a nice, noticeable bass (For Rap music, and some Trap (There is a difference))
  • High volume
  • Good build quality
  • 65$+-

They're on massdrop right now and I think they might ship to the Netherlands. It's $10 plus shipping. You should probably check out the beyerdynamic dtx 72 ie on there as well.
