anyone know where I can contact Logitech for an RMA? I'm really annoyed with my Logitech G500 and the cursor "vibrates" whenever i make small movements. I've tried cleaning the sensor and the mouse pad and it has not helped.

 

I tried creating a Logitech account but it says that it is down for maintenance, it's been 4-5 days and it is still in maintenance.

That's why I buy my stuff on Amazon. 

They don't ask and just give you your money back. 

Anyways, would be weird if they aren't up again by tomorrow or Tuesday.

i bought mine on amazon, but they dont sell them anymore and i dont know if i can still get an RMA or not...

You have 30 days to give it back (without a reason) and 2 years warranty on it. That's how it is here in Germany. 

I don't know how the law is over there in the UK, just give Amazon a call tomorrow or open a chat and they will tell you. 

You must have bought it through Amazon directly though, other sellers may have different conditions. 

well, i bought it back in June 2013, it says a 3 year guarantee on the product detail, so i guess im still under the warranty?
