Hyperx Cloud and recording software problems

so I recently bought the new hyperx clouds they are very except one thing. I like to record my gameplays and the mic will not work with bandicam or fraps so if anyone knows what to do or would like screen shots of my setting please let me know.

So mic works in games, skype and other stuff but not in recording software? This could be because the recording software needs second audio input channel besides game audio.

If you are using the little dongle-mute-extender-thingy make sure the microphone isn't muted on it. Also make sure you have the microphone enabled as an audio source in the recording software.

so I have it becuase when i was trying to figure out what happend i tested it in skype and it worked.

Now I'm also for screenshot of settings. And another thing is that if you have set it to push-to-talk versus using voice activation.

i have also tried it with mic boost off and meesing with the levels but if you got anything that would be helpful.

So thank you all for the help but I belive i got it fixed after messing around with a few things for a couple of hours.
