Compatibility an issue? Help

Just take out the drive bay in the way:)

So, pcpartpicker is telling me that my case can support video cards up to 430mm long, but cards longer than 260mm could block some drive bays. The video card i have is 261mm, so it says some drive bays may not be usable. My question is will this pose a problem? I only have 1 hdd and 1 ssd.
